Booking Policy

To respect the time and scheduling of all clients, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

– Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
– Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed entirely will be charged in full.

This policy is in place to ensure appointment availability and minimize disruptions to the booking calendar. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees.
