How To Book Your Appointment With Us

Can I talk on the phone during my appointment? 

We kindly ask that only those with appointments come, due to limited space. If you must bring your child, please bring something to keep them occupied—and double-check with your stylist first.


Are children or guests allowed during my appointment?

Yes! Stop by the salon or give us a call to purchase one.

Do you sell Gift Certificates? 

Please arrive no more than 5–10 minutes early. Seating is limited, and the salon can get busy. If you’re extra early, check out nearby shops or coffee spots!

Can I come early and hang out before my appointment?

Let your stylist know ASAP. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. We’ll also do our best to let you know if we’re running behind.

What if I’m late to my appointment? 

All stylists manage their own payments. Everyone takes cards and cash, and most accept Venmo or Apple Pay. Check with your stylist to confirm.

What forms of payment are accepted?

If something feels off, contact your stylist within 10 days—we’re happy to make it right. Color longevity is only guaranteed with stylist-recommended products.
Didn’t love a product? We’ll exchange it within 14 days (no refunds, exchange only).

Do you guarantee your services and products? 

Yes—clean, dry hair is best for color. Oil and product buildup can cause uneven results or poor gray coverage.Getting a haircut, blowout, keratin or perm? Dirty is fine—we’ll wash it for you.

I heard dirty hair is best for color, should I not wash my hair? 

Avoid bulky hoodies or light-colored tops that can’t be removed for hair services. We do our best, but color can stain! Client wraps are available if you'd prefer to change.

Should I wear anything special to my appointment? 

Each stylist handles their own booking—some use online scheduling, others prefer calls or texts. Visit the Team page to find each stylist’s contact info or booking link. Still unsure who to book with? Fill out our new client form and we’ll help match you with the right Maven.
