While we love children, we do request that you leave them at home unless they have an appointment. However, we do understand sometimes plans fall through. In the event you have to bring them, please be sure to bring activities or a tablet (we have WiFi!) to keep them occupied. Please also double check with your stylist directly to be certain it won’t interfere with their work.
We all enjoy a good self-care day and coffee with our friends but we ask that only those with appointments come to the salon. Again, we have limited seating and we can get quite busy.
We understand life happens and you may need to take a call during your appointment. Please try to keep it brief and please do not use speaker phone. You are more than welcome to step outside if its going to be a longer call. We want to give you the best service possible and all clients a relaxing experience, phones can make it difficult to provide that.
Yes! Please call the salon or stop by and pick one up.
We understand life happens sometimes. Please notify your stylist as soon as you know you will be late. A few minutes we can accommodate but anything later than 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule your service or may not be able to complete the full service. We also will do our best to let you know if we are running behind schedule, we appreciate you are on a schedule as well.
As much as we enjoy seeing you, we have a limited amount of seating in the salon and it can get quite busy some days. Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. We encourage you to enjoy a few of the shops or coffee houses located a few blocks from the salon if you have some time to spare.
Our stylists all manage their own payments. All take cash and credit/debit cards, most take Venmo or Apple Pay. Check directly with your stylist to be certain.
Sometimes miscommunication happens or we make a mistake (we are humans after all). Please contact your stylist directly within 10 days of original service. We will gladly adjust the style. Please keep in mind we guarantee the longevity of color only when using stylist recommended professional care products.
If a stylist makes a recommendation of product and it does not work for you, we will gladly exchange it within 14 days of original purchase. Exchanges on product only, no refund.
This is a myth! Clean, dry hair is the best for all color applications. Having a build up of oil and product can inhibit color penetration, resulting in uneven color results as well as less than 100% gray coverage.
If you are getting a haircut, keratin, perm or blowout, dirty hair is totally fine, we wash it for you.
Only thing we ask is that you not wear big, bulky hooded sweatshirts that can’t be removed for hair services. Please also be conscious of collars and lighter colors. We do our best to be careful but accidents do happen and color does stain. We also have client wraps available if you prefer to change into one.
All of our stylists personally handle their own booking. Some use online, some use good ol’ fashioned calling/texting. Go to the team page and under stylists’ bio’s, each stylist has added a link for online booking or direct cell number for booking. If you have any questions, you may also call the salon directly or send an email.
