Sara Carter brings more than two decades of experience to her role as the founder and owner of Maven + Grace. Her career began behind the chair in 2003 and evolved to include salon ownership, distributor sales, brand education, and a leadership role as a Regional Sales and Education Manager for a national beauty manufacturer.

With a specialty in lived-in color, blonding, and gray coverage, Sara is known not only for her technical precision, but also for her deep knowledge of hair chemistry and product performance. She’s a self-proclaimed product nerd with a passion for education—committed to helping both clients and stylists understand the “why” behind every choice.

Sara opened Maven + Grace to create something lasting: a salon that values professionalism, mentorship, and care. She leads with both vision and heart, creating a culture where high standards and genuine connection go hand in hand.
